Prices All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK), including 25% VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to make changes to prices, correct printing errors, and note sold-out items.
Payment Methods You can pay using the most common payment cards. You will need to enter your card number, expiration date, and security code when placing an order. By doing so, you authorize Saunadypp to withdraw the amount from your account. The amount will not be deducted until the product has been overhanded to customer.
Order Confirmation When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.
Cancellations Bookings for "Drop-in" sessions can be canceled up to 5 hours before the scheduled time. Bookings for private sessions or Sauna Rituals must be canceled no later than 36 hours in advance. If canceled later than this, the session will not be refunded.
Privacy Policy Saunadypp protects the personal information we receive from you. If you purchase a product online, we use your information only to process your order. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
